Seven Kings Holdings, Inc entered into the marina field in 1995 with its purchase of Frenchmans Yacht Club (now Loggerhead Marina – Palm Beach Gardens), and has consistently increased its marina holdings on a regular basis. Using proven management practices developed from many years of real estate management, Seven Kings has transformed a total of 12 marina assets into some of the premier boating centers in Florida, offering upscale facilities and top-notch customer service, all under the Loggerhead Marina brand. This substantial portfolio of unique and valuable waterfront properties is one of the best-known and well-respected marina operating brands in the Southeast, and has developed a family of marinas dedicated to providing the utmost attention to each and every members’ boating experience.
In 2017, Seven Kings Holdings sold a portion of these marinas which included over 2,300 wet and dry slips and multiple restaurants located in luxury locations stretching from Miami north to Daytona Beach, and on Florida’s West Coast. Seven Kings Holdings, Inc. also shows its commitment to the ecosystem by actively promoting sound environmental stewardship and funding marine life protection and rescue.
Seven Kings Holdings, Inc. formed a long-term association with Loggerhead Marinelife Center
in Juno Beach, Fla. in 2006 by pledging a major donor gift. This pledge enabled the world-renowned turtle research and rescue facility to build an entirely new, 13,000-square-foot home with outdoor exhibits on 1-1/2 acres in Juno Beach. This new facility further enhances the Marinelife Center’s dedication to the rescue, rehabilitation, protection, and preservation of marine resources, especially the loggerhead, leatherback, and green sea turtles.
